Line bushings<\/strong> are essential components connecting flameproof \u201cd\u201d enclosures to increased safety \u201ce\u201d terminal boxes. They consist of metal sleeves encapsulating multiple cores, creating a flameproof barrier. These bushings are available with threaded or non-threaded sleeves and varying lead lengths to suit different applications.<\/p>\n

To ensure compliance with EN 60079-0 and EN 60079-1 standards, proper installation is crucial. Threaded sleeves must have adequate depth, and cylindrical sleeves should maintain correct joint length within the \u201cd\u201d enclosure wall. Prevent rotation and loosening with recommended accessories.<\/p>\n

Our standard bushings offer threaded sleeves (M10 to M48) or cylindrical options, accommodating cores from 0.2 to 95 mm\u00b2 and voltages between 250V and 3000V (see Electrical Data table).
