Successful Completion of Our Explosion-Proof Mobile Power Distribution Panel Project for Refinery Facilities

This special project was uniquely designed and manufactured to the highest engineering standards for use in one of Turkey’s leading refineries.
Design Combining Mobility and Safety
In line with the requirements of refinery sites for quick installation and portability, the mobile power distribution panels were designed on a galvanized profile carrier system with a wheeled structure. This allowed for both fast positioning and practical relocation, maximizing site efficiency. During the design process, user convenience and operational safety were always prioritized.

This configuration created a flexible system capable of meeting the simultaneous power requirements of multiple pieces of equipment in the field.
Explosion-Proof Protection with Bartec EJC61
The project utilized Bartec’s high-safety EJC61 series explosion-proof panels, offering superior protection against explosive gas atmospheres with IIC gas group compliance. Both Ex d (flameproof) and Ex e (increased safety) types were used within the system, implementing a multi-layered protection strategy.
Industrial Durability and Long Service Life
All cabling and connections were installed with a conduit system, providing high resistance against external impacts, chemical vapors, and elevated temperatures. This design not only enhances durability but also minimizes maintenance needs, ensuring long-term reliable operation.
